Does removing no more than three or four hairs from each eyebrow make a wife a "mutanammisah" (one who has her eyebrows plucked)?

"Al-Namṣ" is the removal of hair with tweezers or any other hair removal method. It is forbidden because it is an alteration of Allah’s creation, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah has cursed the women who practice tattooing and those who have themselves tattooed, and the women who pluck their eyebrows and those who have theirs plucked, and the women who make spaces between their teeth for beauty, altering the creation of Allah." However, it is permissible to trim eyebrow hair if it is excessively thick and disfigures one's appearance in a way that draws attention or invites ridicule from others, or for the necessity of treatment, because necessities permit the forbidden. As for removing a small amount of eyebrow hair for the purpose of beautification, this is forbidden namṣ.
