How can one reconcile two opinions regarding the ruling on doubting the number of circumambulations (Tawaf), one of which differentiates between doubting during the circumambulation and doubting after it, and the other which obliges repeating it even if the doubt occurred after finishing and before the two rak'ahs of Tawaf?

Doubt in worship has two scenarios:

1. During the act of worship: One should base it on the lower, certain number and complete it accordingly, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If one of you doubts in his prayer and does not know how many he has prayed, three or four, he should cast away the doubt and base it on what he is certain of."

2. After completing the act of worship: It should be disregarded, because the original premise is the soundness of the worship from deficiency, and to ward off obsessive thoughts, unless one is certain of a deficiency, in which case he must rectify it.
