To what extent are the Hadiths valid concerning the issue of woman being created from a crooked rib, and does this align with the Prophet's (peace be upon him) honoring of women, and would Adam be considered to have married himself if Eve was created from his rib?

Allah Almighty says that the origin of humanity is from Adam, and that Eve was created from him. Hadith indicate that she was created from his left rib. This does not mean that she was his daughter or sister. The Qur’an called her a wife. This diverse creation of humans (Adam without parents, Eve without a mother, Jesus without a father, and the rest of humanity with two parents) are signs that point to the greatness of the Creator.

The creation of Eve from a crooked rib does not contradict the honoring of women. The honoring of a human being is not incompatible with their origin from clay and despised water.

The conclusion that Adam’s marriage to Eve was corrupt is incorrect, for her being created from his rib does not make her his daughter or sister. Furthermore, Adam's law permitted types of marriage that our law does not permit. Adam was an infallible prophet, and the prohibition of incest in our law does not mean it was prohibited in Adam's law, because every nation has its own law and methodology.
