How can one change the mind of a girl who currently refuses marriage because she is thinking of her career, knowing that she is religious and of good character?

My advice to the sister who refused marriage for the sake of work is to listen to the words of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "If someone whose religion and character you approve comes to you, then marry him. If you do not do so, there will be tribulation on earth and great corruption." This is because marriage does not conflict with work; it purifies and protects the soul. If she does not find work, her husband will provide for her. If she is waiting for the right husband, that is her right, but with the reminder that the opportunity may not come again. As for the questioner, he is advised to fear Allah and beware of any relationship with a woman before marriage, as meetings and conversations can lead to greater transgressions.
