What if the oath of divorce was made during anger and dispute; does it constitute three divorces and necessitate a new marriage contract, or is there another legitimate way out?

Uttering divorce during a quarrel and in anger does not prevent the divorce from taking effect unless the anger reaches a level that removes awareness. The majority of scholars hold that pronouncing divorce three times counts as three divorces, and this is the fatwa we adopt. So, if the wife goes to the forbidden place, her divorce becomes three divorces, and it is a major irrevocable divorce. She is not permissible for her husband until she marries another man, he consummates the marriage with her, and then he divorces her or dies, and her waiting period expires. However, if the wife does not go, then no divorce occurs, and no expiation is required. It is advisable to present the matter to the scholars in the country.
