Is it true that ill-gotten wealth causes a person's limbs to disobey him involuntarily, and what is the evidence for this from the Quran and Sunnah, and does not being convinced by this statement affect one's belief?

Eating what is unlawful has severe consequences, among them: being deprived of the acceptance of one's supplications. As stated in the prophetic tradition: "And his food is unlawful, and his drink is unlawful, and he is nourished by what is unlawful; how then can his supplication be answered?" Another effect is the sickness or death of the heart. The Prophet (peace be upon him) indicated the connection between the corruption of the heart and the commission of unlawful acts and eating unlawful things. It is authentically reported that he (peace be upon him) said: "No flesh nourished by unlawful gain shall enter Paradise; the Fire is more befitting for it."
