What is the ruling on prayer and fasting upon seeing blood resembling menstrual blood mixed with semen, outside of the time of menstruation, and which only exits upon urinating?

If a woman sees blood at a time when it could be menstruation, then it is menstruation. The jurisprudential rule is that the menstrual period can come earlier or later, or its duration can increase or decrease.

However, if she experiences bleeding again before the minimum period of purity (fifteen days), it is not considered menstruation, and she must perform prayer and fasting. But if the blood appears after fifteen days or more since the cessation [of the previous bleeding], then it is a new menstruation that prohibits prayer and fasting.
