How should my mother perform her prayer and ablution given the difficulty in her movement, eating and drinking, and her wearing of adult diapers?

"Obligation is conditional on ability, and Allah has removed hardship from this nation. If the mother mentioned can purify herself or finds someone to help her, then she must purify herself and pray as much as possible. If she cannot purify herself and does not find anyone to assist her, then she is considered as one who has lost both means of purification (water and dry ablution), so she prays without ablution or dry ablution according to her ability; for prayer is not waived for her as long as she is conscious."
