Avoiding impurities is a condition for the validity of prayer according to the majority of scholars, if the worshiper is aware and capable.

Therefore, the questioner should explain to her mother the necessity of keeping her clothes clean and how to avoid defiling them. If she is unable to do so, she should wash the impure areas before prayer. If she is still unable, then she should acquire special clothes for prayer.

However, if all of this is difficult for her and she cannot wash the impurity or change her clothes, then her prayer is valid, because avoiding impurities is conditional upon ability.
