What is the ruling on one who commits acts that harm the interests of employees, and what is the ruling on grades and professional benefits not obtained in a just and transparent manner, and what is the ruling on one who remains silent about investigating these circumstances for fear of losing his position?

Whoever harms innocent and competent employees is an oppressor and a slanderer. Allah has warned against harming believers unjustly and against oppression, the consequences of which are severe. Whoever attained a professional degree through injustice must repent. As for remaining silent about injustice, it is not permissible for one who is able to remove it, except when there is a fear of a greater mischief.
