How can I pray while in the hospital for a blood transfusion, given that my body is connected to tubes and medical devices, and is it permissible for me to pray with my 'awrah uncovered and without being able to face the Qiblah, or should I delay the prayer until I return home?

Each prayer has a prescribed time, and it is not permissible to delay it beyond that time except with a legitimate excuse, such as combining two prayers, like Dhuhr with Asr and Maghrib with Isha. If a blood transfusion session extends through the prayer time, it is permissible for the patient to combine the prayers. If combining is not possible and the session ends after the prayer time has expired, then he should pray according to his condition, recalling the verse: ﴿So fear Allah as much as you are able.﴾. He must perform wudu' before the session if possible; otherwise, he should perform tayammum. If he cannot perform tayammum, someone else should perform it for him. He should also cover his awrah and face the qiblah as much as he is able. If he is unable to do so, that is excused due to the necessity.
