What is the ruling on the prayer of one who prayed Fajr without purification, facing the Qibla, or covering her 'awrah, due to her inability to do so in the hospital?
Firstly, if a sick person is unable to pray standing, they should pray sitting. If they are unable to pray sitting, they should pray on their side or in whatever position they are able, while maintaining purity. If they are unable to perform ablution (wudu), they should perform dry ablution (tayammum). If they are unable to perform tayammum or remove impurities, they should pray according to their condition. Therefore, your prayer is valid, and you do not need to repeat it.
Secondly, if a woman miscarries a fetus whose formation is discernible after 80 days, the blood discharged one or two days before or after the miscarriage is considered post-natal bleeding (nifas), provided the bleeding is continuous with the miscarriage and there are signs of labor, such as contractions. However, mere water discharge without blood does not have the ruling of nifas.
Accordingly, if the discharged water is accompanied by blood, it is nifas, and you are not required to pray. Otherwise, prayer is obligatory according to your ability.
