Who is the wicked woman? And is her repentance accepted?

A dissolute (fasiq) person is a Muslim who commits a major sin or persistently commits a minor sin without a valid interpretation. A woman who commits major sins or persistently commits minor sins is considered dissolute. The repentance of a dissolute person, whether male or female, is accepted if they repent sincerely. The attribute of dissoluteness is removed from them, and they become righteous. The conditions for repentance are: abstaining from the sin, resolving not to return to it, and regretting having committed it. If the sin involves the rights of another human being, those rights must be restored to them. Repentance is accepted before the throes of death, as Allah Almighty says: "But repentance is only for those who commit evil ignorantly and then repent soon after. It is those to whom Allah will turn in forgiveness, and Allah is ever Knowing and Wise. But repentance is not for those who commit evil deeds until, when death approaches one of them, he says, 'Indeed, I have repented now'" (An-Nisa: 17-18). And one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin.
