Is it permissible to remove excess and white eyebrow hairs that spread down to the eyelid and above the eyebrow, and is this considered namṣ (plucking)?

It is not permissible to take from the eyebrows if they do not deviate from their normal state, whether they are large or contain grey hairs, because that is considered unlawful plucking (namṣ). However, it is permissible to remove whatever is disfiguring or unsightly from them. As for grey hairs, it is sufficient to dye them with a color other than black.
