Can the multiple health problems and life difficulties experienced by an unmarried 23-year-old girl, such as recurrent infections, skin problems, cysts, irregular menstruation, academic failure, broken engagement, snake dreams, and prayer issues, be due to spiritual causes, or are they merely physical causes that occurred by chance?

What has befallen you is by the decree of Allah the Almighty, and it may be due to harm from jinn, as happened to Ayyub (Job), peace be upon him. It is prescribed for a Muslim to seek help from Allah and to seek treatment by consulting doctors and performing ruqyah (exorcism/spiritual healing) according to the Quran and Sunnah, while not despairing of Allah's mercy and healing. Indeed, despairing of the spirit of Allah is a characteristic of disbelievers.
