Madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is impure and nullifies ablution (wudu’). It necessitates washing the male organ. If you feel the pleasure of madhy exiting during prayer, but it does not actually exit, then ablution is not invalidated. However, if it does exit, then after the prayer, wash your male organ, purify your garment, perform ablution, and repeat the prayer. As for fasting, it is not invalidated by the emission of madhy.

This feeling towards males leads to sodomy (liwāṭ), so you must distance yourself from those whose companionship leads to this feeling. You must get married if fasting is not sufficient for you, and do not use financial burdens as an excuse. Pray to Allah Almighty to relieve you of what you are experiencing.
