What is the ruling on money earned by refugees from renting out houses and properties allocated to them by organizations, to new refugees, after these organizations stopped their stipends and asked them to vacate the houses?

It is not permissible for refugees who have obtained residency to rent out houses designated for the needy, nor do they have the right to collect rent for them. This is because international organizations have allocated these houses to new refugees who do not hold residency permits, as they are the rightful recipients of these financial allocations and beneficiaries of these homes. Anyone who rents them out is consuming wealth unlawfully and depriving those who are entitled to it.
