The answer

The cure for whispers (waswas) is to disregard them and not pay attention to them. You must not pay attention to doubts about the emission of semen necessitating unless there is absolute certainty. Do not pay attention to doubts about anything having exited, and build upon the original state, which is that nothing has exited, until certainty is achieved. If you doubt the invalidity of the prayer, do not interrupt it, for the original state is its validity. Do not repeat any prayers merely due to doubt and waswas. Vaginal discharge is pure but nullifies ablution. If you doubt whether the discharge is vaginal discharge, semen, or madhy, you may choose [what to consider it]. Masturbation is forbidden. The person afflicted by waswas may adopt the easiest of the opinions.
