ما حكم إقامة حملات دعاء في المنتديات للمسلمين في سوريا؟

It is legislated to supplicate for the oppressed in Syria or any other place, and there is no harm in encouraging Muslims to supplicate for them via forums and electronic websites, as it is an encouragement to do good. It is authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he supplicated for the salvation of the oppressed and against their oppressors, as in the hadith of Abu Hurairah in the Two Sahihs. Therefore, supplicating for the destruction of the oppressor and for the salvation of the believers is legislated.

It is obligatory upon us to assist our oppressed brothers by supplicating for them at all times when an answer is hoped for. Allah grants respite to the oppressor, and the answer may be delayed for the servants' reliance on Allah Almighty to increase.
