What is the ruling on giving charity from money earned through singing if the recipient knows the source of the money? Is it permissible for a person to open bars in disbelieving countries to mislead their youth and then use the money obtained against them?

Ill-gotten wealth, acquired through forbidden means, is permissible for the poor and needy, even if they are aware of its source. It is unlawful for the earner but lawful for whoever takes it rightfully. It does not belong to the one who acquired it or paid it. Instead, it should be disbursed to the poor, the needy, and for the general welfare of Muslims. Selling alcohol is forbidden for a Muslim, whether to a non-Muslim or a Muslim. Its price is unlawful gain (suht), which should be spent on the general welfare of Muslims or given to the poor and needy.
