What is the ruling on reciting post-prayer remembrances aloud in the mosque, when there are worshippers performing supererogatory prayers, reciting the Qur'an, and performing تحية المسجد (two rak'ahs upon entering the mosque)?

It is legislated to raise one's voice in remembrance (dhikr) after prayers, as was done during the time of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, provided that the voice does not reach the point of disturbing those praying or engaging in remembrance. This is based on his saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, each of you is privately conversing with his Lord, so let not one of you disturb another, nor raise your voices over one another in recitation." It is also stipulated that the recitation of these remembrances should not be in a collective voice, as this is an innovation, and "whoever introduces into this matter of ours something that does not belong to it, it will be rejected."
