Is it permissible to buy a house or a shop for siblings, paternal uncles, or maternal aunts from Zakat or Sadaqah money, with the knowledge of the needy person and the ability of the giver of Zakat?

It is permissible to give zakat to a relative other than one's parents or children, provided that the relative is eligible to receive zakat. It is also permissible to give them from zakat what they can use to buy a dwelling, even if their income is sufficient for their food and clothing, as long as they are in need of housing. Housing is one of life's necessities, and one of the objectives of zakat is to sufficiently provide for the poor. The basic principle is that zakat should be given to them, and they then buy with it whatever they desire.
