What is the ruling regarding those who hit their fathers jokingly?

Joking between spouses, children, and parents strengthens family bonds and increases affection, and it differs from joking between strangers. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, highlighted the importance of playfulness between spouses when he said to Jabir: "Why not a virgin whom you fondle and who fondles you?" Joking between children and their parents, such as wrestling or light, non-harmful hitting, is acceptable and beloved, especially when the child is young. However, joking must not lead to harm or injury, nor should it undermine the father's dignity and respect. Furthermore, this type of joking should not be allowed in front of guests.
