What is the ruling on working to fill out American surveys online, using a proxy to make the location appear to be in America, while employing others in Syria for the same work?

If the company's intention is to ascertain the opinions of the users of its products within America, then filling out surveys from outside America is considered deception and contrary to the company's purpose. Furthermore, you may not even be users of these devices in the first place. Therefore, it is impermissible to fill out these surveys or to receive payment for them.
