Is there any prophetic hadith that prohibits wearing shoes while standing?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade putting on sandals while standing. This prohibition is one of guidance or disrecommendation, not prohibition, and applies if putting on sandals while standing is difficult or leads to falling. Wearing sandals while sitting is easier. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, wore sandals both standing and sitting, as did Ali ibn Abi Talib.
