What is your advice for my husband who is negligent in memorizing the Quran?

Memorizing the Quran is one of the greatest deeds and the worthiest pursuit for one's life, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best among you are those who learn the Quran and teach it." It has immense virtues in this world and the hereafter. It is a means to elevate one's status in Paradise, intercedes for its companion on the Day of Judgment, and for every letter of it, there is a good deed. The Quran brings comfort to its companion in the grave. It can be memorized by maintaining a daily portion (wird) after Fajr, or if that is difficult, then a portion every other day, with the aim of this wird being to acquire the blessing of Allah's words. The husband should cooperate with his righteous wife in acts of obedience and encourage her towards good.
