What is the ruling on and remedy for a woman who entered into a state of Ihram for Umrah from Riyadh, performed two circuits of Tawaf while ill, then was unable to complete the Umrah and returned to Riyadh?

If your daughter reaches the age of puberty at the time she needs to exit her state of ihram (definition), she is required to offer a fidyah (definition) (a sheep to be slaughtered in Mecca and distributed among the poor of the Haram (definition)), according to the majority of scholars. This is the ruling for anyone who is prevented from completing their pilgrimage by an enemy, illness, or similar circumstances. A person in ihram can stipulate at the time of assuming ihram by saying: "If I am prevented by a hindrance, then my place of exiting ihram is where I am hindered," in order to exit ihram without a fidyah if something prevents them.

However, if she has not reached puberty, some scholars (such as the Hanafis, Ibn Hazm, and Sheikh Muhammad ibn Uthaymemeen) have chosen the opinion that nothing is required of her, nor is anything required of you, because a child is not subject to religious obligations.
