What is the ruling on masturbating twice after the first partial release from Ihram in Hajj, and is one fidyah sufficient for that, and is the Hajj valid?

Masturbation is forbidden, and the sin is amplified if it occurs during virtuous times or in virtuous places. It is among the prohibitions of ihram (definition), but it does not invalidate the ritual according to the majority of scholars. The person who commits it is obliged to offer a fidyah (definition), similar to the fidyah for shaving [the head], which is an option between sacrificing a sheep, fasting for three days, or feeding six needy persons. If masturbation is repeated before the first fidyah is offered, then only one fidyah is required. However, if the fidyah has been offered and then masturbation occurs again, another fidyah becomes obligatory.
