Is the young man who falls into masturbation and watching pornography, despite his repeated attempts to repent and perform acts of worship and obedience, considered among those about whom the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Those who, when they are alone with the prohibitions of Allah, violate them"?

We ask Allah to guide you and grant you guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency. We hope that you are not among those who fall under the warning of the aforementioned Hadith, as it applies to those who outwardly display the attire of the righteous in public but violate sacred prohibitions in private. Do not be complacent in watching pornographic films and practicing masturbation, for they contain religious and worldly harms, and abandoning them is among the causes of rectification in both abodes. You must hasten to sincere repentance, and do not let relapsing into sin prevent you from repenting again, for Allah's mercy is vast. Steadfastness and perseverance in repentance are easy with strong resolve and sincerity with Allah, for whoever is truthful with Allah, Allah will be truthful with him and facilitate goodness for him. Beware of being alone as much as possible, and be mindful of Allah's watchfulness, remembering that with you are the noble scribes.
