What is the ruling on inspecting pork and authorizing the marketing of that which is permissible in a non-Muslim country, for a Muslim veterinarian?

It is not permissible to declare the suitability of pork for consumption, because it is an affirmation of falsehood and a violation of Allah's command, who has informed us of its impurity and defilement. One can work in other fields, while also explaining the harms of pork, including its carriage of parasites such as Taenia solium, and other diseases.
