What is the ruling on writing a marriage document in jest, with witnesses present?

If what occurred in jest regarding marriage fulfills the pillars and conditions, then it is a valid marriage with all the Sharia rulings of a true marriage. This is based on the Prophet Muhammad’s (peace be upon him) saying: "There are three things which, whether done seriously or in jest, are considered valid: marriage, divorce, and revocation [of divorce]." If any of these are missing, the marriage is not valid. The pillars of marriage are: the two spouses free from impediments, the offer (ijab), and the acceptance (qabul). Its conditions are: the identification of the two spouses, their consent, two witnesses, and the guardian (wali). One must not take matters of marriage and divorce lightly, as they are among the limits set by Allah.
