What is the ruling on circulating incantations (adhkar) and supplications (du'as), or reminding people to read Surat Al-Kahf and the morning and evening adhkar on the internet, in such a way that each participant adds a new duty for the one who comes after them?

The virtue of remembrance (dhikr) and supplication (du'a) is well-known, and texts have been narrated regarding their virtue, as well as the virtue of reciting Surat Al-Kahf on Friday. Writing a remembrance, a supplication, or a reminder to recite Surat Al-Kahf or the morning and evening adhkar online, so that others may read and act upon them, is considered a demonstration of goodness, and "the one who guides to goodness is like its doer." This action is praiseworthy as long as it does not exceed the bounds of the Shari'ah.
