Is it permissible to read the Sunnah or Hadith without mastering the diacritics (harakat and tashkeel), while having memorized the الفاظ (lafz/wording) of the Hadith well?

"For someone who wishes to read the Hadith of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, it is not a condition for what they read to be vowelled. Rather, they must possess knowledge of grammar that prevents them from making errors in the Prophetic discourse, because the minimum required for reading Hadith is knowledge of Arabic to avoid errors. Scholars have warned against making errors in the Prophetic Hadith, and some of them have considered it tantamount to lying about the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him."
