What is the religious ruling on transplanting the heart, eye, kidney, or any other organ from a non-Muslim to a Muslim, especially the heart, in light of the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, there is a piece of flesh in the body; if it is sound, the whole body is sound, and if it is corrupt, the whole body is corrupt"?

Scholars have differed on the ruling concerning organ donation. Some have permitted it, provided it does not result in harm to the donor or endanger their life. Others have prohibited it, arguing that a person does not own their organs, as they belong to Allah. As for the transfer of an organ from a non-Muslim to a Muslim, or vice versa, the organ takes on the ruling of the body in which it becomes stable. Thus, if an organ is transferred from a non-Muslim to a Muslim, it becomes pure and follows the Muslim in its ruling. If it is transferred from a Muslim to a non-Muslim, it becomes impure and follows the non-Muslim in its ruling on the Day of Judgment, similar to how the rulings on water and wine change when they undergo transformation.
