The answer

It is permissible for a non-Muslim to read the Qur'an, listen to it, learn it, and recite it with the intention of being guided by it. However, he should not be enabled to touch the Mushaf (the physical copy of the Qur'an). He may be given a copy of a translation of the meanings of the Qur'an.
