Is it advisable to move from a job dominated by corruption, nepotism, and psychological pressures, or to be patient and seek reward from God?

If your presence can change or reduce evil and corruption, and you are able to persevere and seek reward from Allah, then we advise you to stay, acting upon the hadith: "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart—and that is the weakest of faith." This should be done with gentleness and kindness in enjoining good. However, if your presence offers no benefit, and you find another source of livelihood better than it, then it is better for you to move on, especially with the existing pressures and lack of psychological comfort. Beware of judging people based on assumptions, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the falsest of speech; and do not spy, and do not eavesdrop." Enjoining good (and forbidding evil) is related to seeing it, not to searching and investigating what you suspect.
