Seek help from God and increase your supplications, especially the supplication of the distressed: "O Allah, it is Your mercy I hope for, so do not abandon me to myself for the blink of an eye, and correct all my affairs for me. There is no god but You." Remember that sins are a cause of affliction, so repent to God and seek His forgiveness. Safeguard your religion, for it is your most valuable asset.
