What is the ruling on a husband demanding his second, secret wife's marital rights outside the marital home (e.g., in a hotel), while her father refuses her return until he provides her with an independent home and informs his first wife of his marriage?

The marriage, which has met the conditions and pillars, even if concealed from the first wife, is valid, and all marital rights are incumbent upon it. The wife has the right to have her husband provide her with an independent dwelling. If he refrains from doing so, she has the right to refuse intimacy until she obtains her right. The same applies to financial support. Among the wife's rights are also for him to spend the night with her and to be just between her and the other wife. In the event of the husband's dereliction of these rights, the wife has the right to seek divorce Islamically. There is no blame on the wife for refusing intimacy until the husband provides a dwelling and financial support, nor is there any blame on her for waiving some of her rights to preserve the marriage, taking into consideration the balance between the wife's interest and the waiver of rights and the potential harm that may result from it.
