Is it forbidden to throw small litter in the street, such as empty juice boxes or biscuit and ice cream wrappers?

A Muslim must maintain the cleanliness of the streets and not dispose of waste except in designated areas, because cleanliness is part of faith. It is not permissible to throw anything that harms people in the street, such as glass, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "There should be no harm nor reciprocating harm."
