Has the door of repentance been closed in the face of a young man who insists on sinning, then is afflicted with a serious illness, finds it difficult to repent and feel remorse, and fears that he will die while Allah is angry with him?

The door of repentance is open as long as the soul is in the body. So hasten to sincere repentance and do not despair of Allah's mercy. Regret over sin necessitates knowledge of its seriousness. You must now adhere to Allah's law, fulfill its obligations, abandon its prohibitions, regret your sins, and have a good opinion of your Lord.
