Will man in Paradise have free will or be predestined, and will he do there what he does in this world, or will God control all his affairs?

The Holy Qur’an stipulates that the people of Paradise will have whatever food and drink they desire therein, and that rivers flow in the gardens of Paradise wherever they wish. Allah made the fulfillment of the desires of the people of Paradise dependent on their will, as an honor to them. So, whenever a delight ends, He creates for them another everlasting delight. Among the proofs of this is that a man from the people of Paradise sought permission from his Lord to cultivate, and Allah granted him what he desired. This indicates that the people of Paradise possess a will, desire, and choice that further enhances their delight.
