What is the ruling on practicing the profession of auditing contracts whose texts are interpreted and whose disputes are settled according to non-Islamic laws and courts, knowing that the auditing may lead to recommendations for terminating a contract or litigation?

There is no harm in the aforementioned work when there is a need for it, even if the contract stipulates that in case of dispute, recourse should be to state courts and that its texts be interpreted according to its law; because this is something that has become widespread, and when a matter becomes difficult, it becomes easy. However, it is better to avoid working in this field unless there is a need for it, such as someone who cannot find any other work, as a matter of precaution and piety.
