Is it permissible to take a taxi to a Qur'an memorization center due to an inability to walk after an accident, while accompanied by a young daughter?

The private meeting (khalwa) between a non-mahram man and woman is forbidden, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "No man should be alone with a woman unless there is a mahram with her," and because Satan is the third of them. Being alone in a car is considered forbidden khalwa by some contemporary scholars. If there is a young child with them who has no sense of shame, then his presence is as good as his absence. Therefore, the woman should avoid riding in the car under the circumstances mentioned, and search for a Quran memorization center close to her home, or suffice with memorizing in her own house.
