Are there angels who recite the Qur’an, and who are they if the answer is yes? And who are the angels responsible for moving the heavens? And what is the reason why some layers of the atmosphere are cold and others are hot?

There is no text from the Qur’an or Sunnah (definition) indicating the existence of angels who recite the Holy Qur’an. Rather, angels are honored servants who do not eat or drink. They worship Allah with various acts of worship and glorify Him night and day. Their role is not limited to glorification and praise, but also includes executing Allah's commands and managing the universe. The Qur’an was revealed to bring people out of the darkness of ignorance and polytheism into the light of knowledge and faith, and it is a discourse for all people. As for the coldness and warmth of the atmospheric layers, this is due to the difference in each layer, where clouds accumulate in the cold layers, while they are less frequent in the warm layers directly exposed to sunlight.
