Are the financial dues from the literacy program permissible, especially given the negligence of some conditions and the commitment to teaching the beneficiaries, and is it permissible to donate them, or to use them to cover the expenses of a sister's study abroad, especially with the father's need for this money?

Fulfilling obligations and agreed-upon conditions with the employer is a religious duty, based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the Hadith: "Muslims are bound by their conditions, except a condition that makes lawful what is unlawful or makes unlawful what is lawful."
