What is the ruling on the the prayer of female students who are immodestly dressed and wearing perfume, and is it permissible to provide them with fabric coverings inside the mosque for prayer?

It is not permissible to delay the prayer beyond its prescribed time without a legitimate Shar'i excuse. The crowding of female students is not an excuse, and the entire earth is a mosque, so do not delay the prayer. Allah Almighty said: (So woe to those who pray, [but] who are heedless of their prayer) meaning they delay it beyond its time. The prayer of the female students is valid if it fulfills its conditions, and there is no harm in placing abayas in the mosque for them to cover themselves. It is appropriate to separate the men's prayer area from the women's prayer area, and we advise engaging in Da'wah (calling to Allah) in this place.
