What is the ruling on a delivery agent handing over a product at the metro gate without exiting, then returning within the permitted range of the ticket, when the distance exceeds the number of stations allowed by the ticket?

If the ticket fare is only sufficient for a certain number of stations, then it is not permissible to exceed this number. Otherwise, it would be an transgression and taking a service to which the person is not entitled. This is considered cheating and devouring wealth unjustly, based on the Almighty’s saying: "O you who have believed, do not consume one another's wealth unjustly," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The wealth of a Muslim is not lawful except with his willing consent."
