What is the authenticity of the hadith: "On the Day of Resurrection, homosexuals will be resurrected in the form of apes and pigs"?

The narration "On the Day of Judgment, those who committed the act of Lot will be resurrected in the form of apes and pigs" has not been found in the authentic books of Sunnah. Rather, it was found to be a statement attributed to Abdullah ibn Umar in the books Dhamm al-Hawa and Nihayat al-Arab. No judgment was made on its authenticity or weakness. However, its chain of narration includes Talha ibn Zayd, who is severely denounced for his narrations (munkar al-hadith) and accused of fabricating hadith. It also contains Burd ibn Sinan, concerning whom there is differing opinion between authentication and weakening.
