Is my marriage to a physically disabled person, without my family's knowledge, permissible or forbidden?

A woman's marriage without her guardian's permission is null and void. The repentant questioner must annul her invalid marriage and try to convince her guardian to allow her to marry her current husband. She should explain to him the immense reward in doing so, given that he is disabled. If her guardian agrees, and the contract fulfills the Islamic legal conditions, then the marriage will be valid.
