What is your opinion on those who claim to speak to jinn and use words and phrases from the Qur’an for that purpose? Is it permissible to speak with them? Is it possible to speak with and see jinn and angels, as some books that use the Qur’an mention?

Addressing jinn is possible, but informing them about the unseen is forbidden. Utilizing jinn is not permissible for anyone other than Sulaiman (peace be upon him). If jinn address you unintentionally, then there is no harm in speaking with them and inviting them to Allah. As for angels, prophets and some awliya' (saints) have seen them and spoken with them.
